Applications

The "Applications" page displays a list of currently available applications and their detailed information, and enables the system administrator to add new applications, modify the existing applications, and delete applications.

Prerequisites:

•	Login as System administrator or user with appropriate access rights.

This page consists of the following parts:

Applications list

This is a list of existing applications with their basic information. The list contains their id, application name, and notes. For additional information on using lists, seeAbout Margento Processing System Administration.

If you wish to display which information will be shown on the list, use Search filter, located in the right corner of the screen.

•	Tabbed box The box under the list contains the "Properties" tab, containing fields for displaying, modifying, adding and removing specific parts of information associated with a specific application.

Displaying Application Information

To display detailed information for a specific application:

1.	Click the application in the application list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this application.

Modifying Application Information

To modify information for a specific application:

1.	Click the application in the application list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this application.

3.	Edit the information in the fields.

4.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Reload" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.

Adding Applications

When you first open the "applications" page, the "Properties" tab will contain empty fields. If you have been previously browsing through details for a specific application by clicking an item in the list, changing the information in the fields will update the information for that application. To clear the fields, click the "New" button at the bottom of the box.

To add a new application:

1.	Enter the information for the new application in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box.

2.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box.

Removing Applications

To remove an existing application:

1.	Click the entry for this application in the list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this application. Verify, that this is indeed the application you would like to remove from Margento Processing System Administration.

3.	Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the box.
