Currencies

The "Currencies" page displays a list of currently available currencies and their detailed information, and enables the system administrator to add new currencies, modify the existing currencies, and delete currencies.

Prerequisites:

•	Login as System administrator or user with appropriate access rights.

This page consists of the following parts:

Currencies list

This is a list of existing currencies with their basic information. The list contains their id, currency name, and notes. For additional information on using lists, see About Margento Processing System Administration.

If you wish to display which information will be shown on the list, use Search filter, located in the right corner of the screen.

•	Tabbed box The box under the list contains the "Properties" tab, containing fields for displaying, modifying, adding and removing specific parts of information associated with a specific currency.

Displaying Currency Information

To display detailed information for a specific currency:

1.	Click the currency in the currency list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this currency.

Modifying Currency Information

To modify information for a specific currency:

1.	Click the currency in the currency list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this currency.

3.	Edit the information in the fields.

4.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Reload" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.

Adding Currencies

When you first open the "Currencies" page, the "Properties" tab will contain empty fields. If you have been previously browsing through details for a specific currency by clicking an item in the list, changing the information in the fields will update the information for that currency. To clear the fields, click the "New" button at the bottom of the box.

To add a new currency:

1.	Enter the information for the new currency in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box.

2.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box.

Removing Currencies

To remove an existing currency:

1.	Click the entry for this currency in the list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this currency. Verify, that this is indeed the currency you would like to remove from Margento Processing System Administration.

3.	Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the box.
