The "Reports" page displays a list of currently available reports and their detailed information, and enables the system administrator to add new reports, modify the existing reports, and delete reports.

This page consists of the following parts:

Reports list
This is a list of existing reports with their basic information. The list contains the report title, type, creations date, validation date and status. For additional information on using lists, see About Margento Processing System Administration.
If you wish to display which information will be shown on the list, use Search filter, located in the right corner of the screen.

Tabbed box
The box under the list contains the "Properties" tab, containing fields for displaying, modifying, adding and removing specific parts of information associated with a specific report, and the Report types tab, containing fields for displaying and modifying types for specific reports. For additional information on using tabs, see Using tabs.

Displaying Reports Information
To display detailed information for a specific report:
1.

Click the report in the Reports list.
|
2.
|
The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this report.

Modifying Reports Information
To modify information for a specific report:
1.

Click the report in the Reports list.
|
2.
|
The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this report.
|

Edit the information in the fields.
|
4.
|
Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Refresh" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.

When you first open the "Reports" page, the "Properties" tab will contain empty fields. If you have been previously browsing through details for a specific report by clicking an item in the list, changing the information in the fields will update the information for that report. To clear the fields, click the "New" button at the bottom of the box.
To add a new report:

Enter the information for the new report in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box.

2.
|
Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box.
|
To remove an existing reports:
1.
|
Click the entry for this report in the list.
|
2.
|
The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this report. Verify, that this is indeed the report you would like to remove from Margento Processing System Administration.

3.
|
Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the box.
