SubApplications

The "Subapplications" page displays a list of currently available subapplications and their detailed information, and enables the system administrator to add new subapplications, modify the existing subapplications, and delete subapplications.

Prerequisites:

•	Login as System administrator or user with appropriate access rights.

This page consists of the following parts:

SubApplications list

This is a list of existing subapplications with their basic information. The list contains their id, subapplication id, subapplication name and the name of the parent application. For additional information on using lists, see About Margento Processing System Administration.

If you wish to display which information will be shown on the list, use Search filter, located in the right corner of the screen.

•	Tabbed box The box under the list contains the "Properties" tab, containing fields for displaying, modifying, adding and removing specific parts of information associated with a specific subapplication.

Displaying SubApplication Information

To display detailed information for a specific subapplication:

1.	Click the subapplication in the subapplication list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this subapplication.

Modifying SubApplication Information

To modify information for a specific subapplication:

1.	Click the subapplication in the subapplication list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this subapplication.

3.	Edit the information in the fields.

4.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Reload" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.

Adding SubApplications

When you first open the "subapplications" page, the "Properties" tab will contain empty fields. If you have been previously browsing through details for a specific subapplication by clicking an item in the list, changing the information in the fields will update the information for that subapplication. To clear the fields, click the "New" button at the bottom of the box.

To add a new subapplication:

1.	Enter the information for the new subapplication in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box.

2.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box.

Removing SubApplications

To remove an existing subapplication:

1.	Click the entry for this subapplication in the list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this subapplication. Verify, that this is indeed the subapplication you would like to remove from Margento Processing System Administration.

3.	Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the box.
