The "Company Profile" page displays a list of currently registered companies, their detailed information, their assigned roles, and enables you to edit company information, and send messages to all company users of Margento Processing System Administration.

This page consists of the following parts:

Company list
This is a list of available companies with their basic information. The list contains the company name, address, city, country and status. For additional information on using lists, see About Margento Processing System Administration.
If you wish to display which information will be shown on the list, use Search filter, located in the right corner of the screen.

Tabbed box
The box under the list contains separate tabs, each containing fields for displaying, modifying, adding and removing specific parts of information associated with a specific company, and a Messaging tab for sending text messages to all company users of Margento Processing System Administration. For more information on messaging, see Messaging.

Each organization involved in Margento process should be as entity in MPSA with additional settings which defines its role and relations in MPSA. Companies and their roles can be managed in Company profiles.

Displaying Company Information
To display detailed information for a specific company:
1.

Click the company in the company list.
|
2.
|
The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this company.
|
3.
|
Click through the tabs to display the content for the selected company.
|
Modifying Company Information
To modify information for a specific company:
1.
|
Click the company in the company list.
|
2.
|
The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this company.
|
3.

Click through the tabs to display the content for the selected company.
|
4.

Edit the information in the fields of a specific tab.
|
5.
|
Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Reload" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.
|
Only the system administrator can add companies and grant them access to Margento Processing System Administration.
When you first open the company list page, the tabs will contain empty fields. If you have been previously browsing through details for a specific company by clicking an item in the list, changing the information in the fields will update the information for that company. To clear the fields, click the "New" button at the bottom of the box.
To add a new company:
1.

Enter the information for the new company in the company details tab of the tabbed box.

Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box.

Once a new company has been added, you can also edit the information in the other tabs for this company. Click the tab to display the tab content, fill out the required field and click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box.
Only the system administrator can remove companies from Margento Processing System Administration.
To remove an existing company:
1.

Click the entry for this company in the list.
|
2.
|
The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this company. Verify, that this is indeed the company you would like to remove from Margento Processing System Administration.

3.
|
Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the box.
