The "Customer" menu provides access to the customer management of Margento Processing System Administration.

 

Customer Management

 

Margento Processing System Administration support two different types of Customers. One type of Customers is ordinary Customer and other type of Customer is BLP Customer.

 

Bonus & Loyalty Program

 

Margento Processing System Administration is Bonus & Loyalty Program (BLP) enabled and aware and can easily integrate with existing BLP systems or use the Margento Processing System's own BLP engine. The Margento Processing System BLP engine covers several of the most common scenarios for BLP operations that include:

 

Fixed number of points per purchase

Variable number of points per purchase (based on amount)

Progressive scales for adding and using the points

Actions (time based rules for collecting or using loyalty points)

Collecting and using more then one type of points per Merchant’s loyalty program.

 

Each Merchant can set up a BLP configuration and manage it through the Margento Processing System Administration self care application.

 

Using Bonus & Loyalty Programs

 

Margento Processing System Administration offers Bonus & Loyalty Programs (BLP) to its Merchants and customers. A Merchant has to enroll a customer in the Merchant's BLP using the customers MSISDN. If the customer is already an existing Margento Processing System Administration member, his/her MSISDN is already available, otherwise the customer must first register with Margento Processing System Administration. The Merchant can edit customer details for better customer care apart and enable the BLP account for the customer. If the Merchant deletes the BLP account for the customer, only the BLP account of the customer is deleted and not all of the customer information.

 

The system administrator is responsible for creating required Bonus & Loyalty Program contracts between a Merchant registered with Margento Processing System Administration and Margento Processing System Administration. More than one product can be added to the Bonus & Loyalty Program contract with different adding or usage rules. Service Providerc can also provide templates for Bonus & Loyalty Program contracts.
