Customer List

The "Customers" page displays a list of currently registered customers, their detailed information, and enables you to add new customers, modify or remove existing customers.

This page consists of the following parts:

 

Customers list

This is a list of available customers with their basic information. The list contains the MSISDN, name, address, city, country, e-mail and status. For additional information on using lists, see About Margento Processing System Administration.

If you wish to display which information will be shown on the list, use Search filter, located in the right corner of the screen.

 

 

Tabbed box

The box under the list contains a "Properties" tab, containing fields for displaying, modifying, adding and removing specific parts of information associated with a specific customer. For additional information on using tabs, see Using tabs.

 

 
Content:

 

Adding Customers

 

When you first open the Customers page, the tabs will contain empty fields. If you have been previously browsing through details for a specific customer by clicking an item in the list, changing the information in the fields will update the information for that customer. To clear the fields, click the New button at the bottom of the box.

 

To add a new customer:

 

1.

Enter the information for the new customer in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box.

2.

Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box.

Displaying Customers Information

 

To display detailed information for a specific customer:

 

1.

Click the customer in the Customers list.

2.

The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this customer.

 

Modifying Customers Information

 

To modify information for a specific customer:

 

1.

Click the customer in the Customers list.

2.

The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this customer.

3.

Edit the information in the fields of the "Properties" tab.

4.

Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Refresh" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.

 

Removing Customers

 

 
Warning:

Cosumer can not be removed, if the account is connected to BLP Costumer.

 

To remove an existing customer:

 

1.

Click the entry for this customer in the list.

2.

The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this customer. Verify, that this is indeed the customer you would like to remove from Margento Processing System Administration.

3.

Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the box.
