Supplies and Spareparts List

The "Supply and Spare part List" page displays a list of supplies and spare parts. You can add delete or change data for selected spare part type. This are specific spare parts type, they may be linked with terminal.

Prerequisites:

•	Login as System administrator or user with appropriate access rights.

This page consists of the following parts:

•	Item list This is a list of supplies and spare parts. For additional information on using lists, see About Margento Processing System Administration. If you wish to display which information will be shown on the list, use Search filter, located in the right corner of the screen.

•	Tabbed box The box under the list contains "properties" tab, for spare parts. You can add, delete and change spare parts.

Displaying spare part

To display detailed information for a specific spare part:

1.	Click on spare part in list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information of selected spare part.

Add spare part

To add spare part:

1.	Click on button "New".

2.	Enter data in "Properties" tab fields.
3.	To save spare part click button "Save"

Delete spare part

To delete spare part:

1.	Click on spare part in list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for selected spare part. Verify, that this is indeed the spare part that you would like to remove from Margento Processing System Administration.
3.	Click button "Delete".

Modifying spare part

To modify spare part:

1.	Click on spare part in list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for selected spare part.
3.	Modify data.
4.	Click button "Store".
