Terminal list

The "Terminal list" page displays a list of currently available terminals, their detailed information, enables you to modify the existing terminals' information, delete terminals and modify settings for updates of a specific terminal.

Prerequisites:

•	Login as System administrator or user with appropriate access rights.

This page consists of the following parts:

Terminal list

This is a list of existing terminals with their basic information. The list contains basic information for listed terminals, employer association, terminal name, terminal full name and status. For additional information on using lists, see About Margento Processing System Administration.

If you wish to display which information will be shown on the list, use Search filter, located in the right corner of the screen.

•	Tabbed box The box under the list contains tabs, each containing fields for displaying, modifying, adding and removing specific parts of information associated with a specific terminal. The "Updates" tab also enables you to enable, disable or remove updates of terminals.

Displaying Terminal Information

To display detailed information for a specific terminal:

1.	Click the terminal in the terminal list.

2.	The fields in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this terminal.

Terminal subtype	Terminal subtype contains subtypes for selected terminal type. Terminal type must be selected to see terminal subtypes.

Version	Version of the software, that is installed on terminal
Software revision	Version of last update
Software revision date	Date of last update
PCB Serial number	PCB terminal serial number
Notes	Additional notes
Merchant	Company that owns the terminal. Used as filter for warehouse and point of sale. Warehouse or point of sale can be selected, when you select the Company
Point of sale	Point of sale where the terminal is located. For terminal location you can only select warehouse or store.
Owner	Company, that owns the terminal
Decimal places	Decimal places which are processed by terminal
Public key	Public key, used for encryption
Group key ID1	Used for encryption
Group key ID2	Used for encryption
Temp group key ID1	Used for encryption
Temp group key ID2	Used for encryption
MSISDN	Merchant telephone number
Pin	PIN value is same as password

Modifying Terminal Information

To modify information for a specific terminal:

1.	Click the terminal in the terminal list.

2.	The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this terminal.

3.	Click through the tabs to display the content for the selected terminal.

4.	Edit the information in the fields of a specific tab.

5.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Reload" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.

To enable, disable or delete an update for a specific terminal:

1.	Click the "Updates" tab.

2.	Click the terminal in the terminal list.

3.	The tab will display a list of planned and past updates for this terminal.

4.	If the update is enabled, click button "D" to disable it. If the update is disabled, click button "E" to enable it. Or click button "X" to remove the update for a specific terminal.

To add a specific terminal to an update, refer to Terminal Updates.

Display Terminal History

To display history for a specific terminal:

1.	Click the"History" tab.

2.	Click the terminal in the terminal list.

3.	The tab will display a list of history event for selected terminal.
4.	To display detail information about event click "+" button, to hide details click "-" button.

Diplay terminal updates

To display updates for a specific terminal:

1.	Click the "Updates" tab.

2.	Click the terminal in the terminal list.

3.	The tab will display a list of planned and past updates for this terminal.

To enable, disable or remove update for a certain terminal:

1.	Click "Updates" tab.

2.	Select terminal from terminal list.

3.	The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this terminal.

4.	If the update is enabled, click "D" button, to disable it. If the update is disabled, click "E" button to enable it. If you click "X" button, you will remove update for certain terminal.

Removing Terminals

To remove an existing terminal:

1.	Click the entry for this terminal in the list.

2.	The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this terminal. Verify, that this is indeed the terminal you would like to remove from Margento Processing System Administration.

3.	Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the box.

Adding Terminals

Terminals cannot be added manually into Margento Processing System Administration. To add a new terminal, refer to Import Data.
