Product list

The "Products list" page displays a list of currently registered products, their detailed information and enables you to add new products, modify or remove existing products.

Prerequisites:

•	Login as System admin or Company admin

•	Company with company role Service Provider

This page consists of the following parts:

Products list

This is a list of available products with their basic information. The list contains the product name, service provider, application, sub application, currency and value range. For additional information on using lists, see About Margento Processing System Administration.

If you wish to display which information will be shown on the list, use Search filter, located in the right corner of the screen.

•	Tabbed box The box under the list contains a "Properties" and "Membership" tab, containing fields for displaying, modifying, adding and removing specific parts of information associated with a specific product. For additional information on using tabs, see Using tabs.

Adding Product

When you first open the "Products list" page, the tabs will contain empty fields. If you have been previously browsing through details for a specific product or services by clicking an item in the list, changing the information in the fields will update the information for that product or service. To clear the fields, click the "New" button at the bottom of the box.

To add a new product:

1.	Enter the information for the new product in the "Properties" tab of the tabbed box.

2.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box.

Product form specifies:

Parameter	Description	Notes
ID	The identifier of Product or service
Service Provider	The provider of product	Required. Defines the provider of the product.
Application	The application for the product	Required.
Sub Application	The sub application for the product	Required. It is the partition of the Application for each Service Provider
Name	The name of product or service	Required.
Currency	Currency of the product
Lower value	Lower value of the product	It can be NULL for unlimited lower limit (0). Only numbers allowed.
Upper value	Upper value of the product	It can be NULL for unlimited upper limit. Only numbers allowed. Must be larger than Lower value.
Group	Product become group owner
Notes	Additional notes

Displaying Product Information

To display detailed information for a specific product:

1.	Click the product in the products list.

2.	The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this product.

Modifying Product Information

To modify information for a specific product:

1.	Click the product in the products list.

2.	The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this product.

3.	Edit the information in the fields of the "Properties" tab.

4.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Reload" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.

Removing Product

To remove an existing product:

1.	Click the entry for this product in the list.

2.	The fields in the tabs of the tabbed box will be populated with the information for this product. Verify, that this is indeed the product you would like to remove from Margento Processing System Administration.

3.	Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the box.

Adding Products to the Product Group

Once a new Product Group has been added, you can add Products to this group:

1.	Click the "Membership" tab to display the tab content.

2.	Add the desired Available Products to the Members of Group field.

3.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Reload" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.

Removing Products from the Product Group

Warning:

•	Product group can not be removed if it contains products.

To remove Products from a specific group:

1.	Click the "Membership" tab to display the tab content.

2.	Remove the desired Products from the Members of Group field list to the Available Products list.

3.	Click the "Store" button at the bottom of the box to save the new information or click the "Reload" button to retrieve stored information and overwrite your changes in the fields.
